I just wanted to say thanks for the nappy cake you sent out when I had my son Henry last month. My work gave you the hospital address but I had already gone home, you went out of your way to get it sent to my home address you even sent out another little gift to apologize for the delay.
I just wanted to let you know that I loved the nappy cake and it was not your fault in any way that it was not delivered to me initially, you delivered it to the address you were given. I have told my work how much I loved it and how bad I feel that you had to go to so much effort to get it to me, I also told them they should have paid you for the extra postage involved. I am confident my work will continue to use your service in future. I know I definitely will.
