Terms and Conditions

 

By using Sandy’s Gift and Hampers, you agree to the following terms and conditions and any product policies, guidelines or amendments thereto that may be presented to you from time to time.

 

Gift Hampers which contain chocolates will only be delivered to New South Wales addresses, as the chocolate can not be guaranteed to arrive in good condition. The chocolate will be replaced by another product or products that are equal or higher in value.

 

Whilst we make every effort to have all items in stock, some circumstances prevent this from happening. If we are unable to provide a product it will be replaced by another that is equal or higher in value. We will contact you to inform you of this.

 

Clothing sizes in the hampers will very between a 0000,000,00,0.

 

Delivery Schedule

 

Same Day delivery service to Metropolitan Sydney

(Orders placed before 10am) or

(call Sandra on 0430 222 047 if order is placed after 10am)

The metropolitan delivery area stretches from and includes: - Penrith, Richmond, Palm Beach, Heathcote, Camden, Campbelltown.

 

Overnight Delivery Service

(Orders placed before 12 noon)

Central Coast, Blue Mountains, Wollongong, Newcastle, Canberra, Melbourne, Brisbane, Gold Coast,

 

Overnight NSW Country Delivery Service

(Orders placed before 12 noon)

Our Country service will provide an overnight service to Country NSW to most major towns.

 

2 Day Delivery Service

(Orders placed before 12 noon)

Adelaide

 

2-5 Day Delivery Service

Hobart, Darwin, Perth, and Country Towns in all other States outside Of NSW

 

We do not deliver on weekends or public holidays.

 

Please ensure that your Delivery information is correct. Incorrect information can cause delays. Should Sandy’s Gift and Hampers be charged a re-delivery fee by our Couriers, that charge will be passed onto you.

 

This includes ensuring that the hospital delivery details are correct and that the receiver will in fact be in hospital to receive the gift considering our delivery time schedules.

 

A REDELIVERY FEE will apply if the recipients’ details are not correct or if the gift needs to be redirected from a hospital to a home address.

 

Orders will not be dispatched until full payment has been received by Sandy’s Gift and Hampers.

 

Should you wish to cancel your order you may do so at no charge, as long as the Hamper has not left our premises.

 

Every effort is made for a Hamper to reach it’s destination on time. However, this is not always possible due to unforeseen circumstances that are beyond our control. This situation does not entitle you to a refund.
