Monday to Friday delivery ONLY 

All orders placed before 12noon are dispatched that same day via Couriers Please. Any orders placed on a weekend or a public holiday are dispatched the following business day. 

Sydney Metropolitan Area, transit time 1 - 2 days 

Central Coast, Newcastle/Hunter Valley, Northern NSW Coast, Wollongong, Albury, Organge, Tamworth, Port Macqaurie, Coffs Harbour transit time 1 - 2 days, 

Brisbane, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast, Toowoomba, transit time 1 - 2 days, 

Melbourne, transit time 2 - 3 days, 

Bendigo, Geelong, transit time 2 - 3 days 

Adelaide, transit time 2 - 3 days 

# Estimated transit times in working days. Some outer and residential areas not the next day. All effort is made to have items delivered the next day where possible. 

Hobart, Darwin, Perth, and all Country Towns in all States, Sent via Australia Post.  2-7 Day Delivery Service,

We DO NOT deliver on weekends or public holidays.

Please ensure that your Delivery information is correct. Incorrect information can cause delays.

If there is no one home at time of delivery a calling card will be left at the premises. The courier will hold on to the parcel for 10 business days awaiting further instructions. If the courier does not receive instructions to redeliver the gift it will be returned to Sandy’s Gift and Hampers.


Should Sandy’s Gift and Hampers be charged a re-delivery fee by our Couriers, that charge will be passed onto you.

This also includes, ensuring that the hospital delivery details are correct and that the receiver will in fact be in hospital to receive the gift considering our delivery time schedules.

A REDELIVERY FEE will apply if the recipients’ details are not correct or if the gift needs to be redirected from a hospital to a home address.

Orders will not be dispatched until full payment has been received by Sandy’s Gift and Hampers. 

Should you wish to cancel your order you may do so at no charge, as long as the Hamper has not left our premises.

Every effort is made for a Hamper to reach it’s destination on time. However, this is not always possible due to unforeseen circumstances that are beyond our control. This situation does not entitle you to a refund.
