Terms and Conditions
By using Sandy’s Gift and Hampers, you agree to the following terms and conditions and any product policies, guidelines or amendments thereto that may be presented to you from time to time.
Gift Hampers which contain chocolates will only be delivered to New South Wales addresses, as the chocolate can not be guaranteed to arrive in good condition. The chocolate will be replaced by another product or products that are equal or higher in value.
Whilst we make every effort to have all items in stock, some circumstances prevent this from happening. If we are unable to provide a product it will be replaced by another that is equal or higher in value.
Clothing sizes in the hampers will very between a 0000,000,00,0, 1. Please notify us at checkout if larger sizes are required and we will try to accommodate.
Under the liquor Act Gift Hampers including alcohol may only be purchased by people 18yrs and over. For all gifts with alcohol included please ensure that the recipient is aged over 18 years and is available to receive delivery.
All Products, Hampers and Baby Gifts prices are inclusive of GST. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Please provide Sandysgifts with your gift message at checkout, the gift message will be printed on our gift cards free of charge
Returns & Exchanges
In the unfortunate event that a gift has been damaged through the delivery process, please call sandysgifts ASAP, We will organize for the gift to be returned and a replacement resent.
We do not deliver on weekends or public holidays.
Please ensure that your Delivery information is correct. Incorrect information can cause delays.
If there is no one home at time of delivery a calling card will be left at the premises. The courier will hold on to the parcel for 10 business days awaiting further instructions.
If the courier does not receive instructions to redeliver the gift it will be returned to Sandy’s Gift and Hampers.
Should Sandy’s Gift and Hampers be charged a re-delivery fee by our Couriers, that charge will be passed onto you.
This also includes, ensuring that the hospital delivery details are correct and that the receiver will in fact be in hospital to receive the gift considering our delivery time schedules.
A REDELIVERY FEE will apply if the recipients’ details are not correct or if the gift needs to be redirected from a hospital to a home address.
Orders will not be dispatched until full payment has been received by Sandy’s Gift and Hampers.
Should you wish to cancel your order you may do so at no charge, as long as the Hamper has not left our premises.
Every effort is made for a Hamper to reach it’s destination on time. However, this is not always possible due to unforeseen circumstances that are beyond our control. This situation does not entitle you to a refund.
All orders placed before 12noon are dispatached that same day via courier. Any orders placed on a weekend or a public holiday are dispatched the following business day.
